Rachael Williams joins AWL as a Strategic Communications and Organizational Change Management Consultant. She possesses over ten years of experience delivering superior support to C-suite and director-level executives in the public and private sectors. Rachael is known for wearing many hats and has seamlessly delivered strategic communications, continuous process analysis, tracking and improvement, policy writing, hybrid event management, workforce and talent management, SharePoint administration, hardware and software management, and is a Certified Scrum Master and Change Management expert. Her experience spans industries including Government Consulting, Information Technology, Special Events, Hospitality, and Media.

 With several years of experience supporting clients at the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Rachael brings value, expertise, and a client-first approach to her support of the offices within the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
