Paige Torres brings over a decade of experience in project management, mental health, business development, and stakeholder engagement. She has had a special focus in government communications and employee well-being. In her role with AWL, as a Strategic Communications and Change Management consultant, she uses her knack for blending both art and science to thoughtfully approach problems and drive results for cultural inclusivity with her clients.
Throughout her career, Paige has designed ad-hoc research committees, built communications strategies, and worked cross-functionally on change management approaches for small to large groups and organizations. She's passionately curious and committed to bringing her full self to work every single day, to get the most out of herself and the team.
Paige holds a master's in clinical social work from Florida State University and is currently a doctoral candidate in Business Psychology, with quantitative research on Generation Z employees' attraction to organizations based on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
