Ivey Johnson is a communications and change management professional focused on helping technology organizations inform and connect with employees. Her eight years of experience spans the banking industry to Silicon Valley and now, the Public Sector. Whether working with executive leaders to communicate a large-scale organizational change or working side-by-side with product managers to assess and communicate changes within everyday toolsets, Ivey is passionate about connecting all the dots between change and impact. She believes that prioritizing connection enables buy-in from stakeholders, builds trusting partnerships, informs effective and inclusive communication, and supports successful project execution.
Outside of work, you can find Ivey tending to her newly planted vegetable garden and walking her beloved pup, Emerald.
